MANJADI
The slightly cool air brushed my face me as I peddled on. There was green lush on both sides with tiny flowers in different colors- pale white, yellow, blue, lavender, pink. The orange sun about to set peeked through the green grass on my left. Chirrups of different birds filled in from all sides. Returning from college I didn’t feel like going back to that box of a hostel room so soon. So I turned my bike and peddled through that mud path with manjadi seeds scattered all over like beads of ruby. Then I moved into the grassy path, parked my bike and sat down to enjoy the beautiful evening before returning to my box.
